CBI to probe Ryan school murder, Haryana takes over management for 3 months. He said he is not inclined to let his daughter — who is in the fifth grade — study in the same school since he fears there could be danger to her life. Sources said that along with the CBI inquiry, the Gurgaon police will continue a parallel inquiry. The police team, which had gone to Mumbai, has issued a notice to the trustees of the Ryan Foundation that include Grace Pinto, Augustine Pinto and Ryan Pinto to join investigation in the case. The Bombay high court had rejected on Thursday the transit anticipatory bail pleas of the three Ryan trustees but continued interim protection from arrest granted to the trio till 5 pm on Friday on the condition that they surrender their passports to the Mumbai police commissioner. The move by trustees came after Gurgaon police registered a case under section 7.
